Certainly nobody expects it to happen in the nearest future despite the bills introduced by Barney Frank to the Congress. Though he had rather strong grounds and reasons, including current economic recession, people trust him less now. People believe more that online casinos will be legalized at certain states at first. And today we may see the results in New Jersey and California, where local initiatives are targeted on making online casinos and online poker rooms legal at the territory of a certain state.
